Changing the Narrative is a story-based project designed to rebuild the connection between kids and the adults who care for them. Many preteens carry questions, fears, and silent pressures that they do not know how to express. At the same time, adults often hesitate to share their own stories because they were raised in environments that expected silence, perfection, or emotional restraint. This creates a generational gap that leaves both sides feeling unseen.

Our project bridges that gap by interviewing real parents, mentors, and community members and shaping their experiences into honest, beautifully written stories that help kids feel understood while giving adults a safe, natural way to talk about hard topics. These books invite curiosity, encourage emotional resilience, and create meaningful conversations in homes, schools, and faith settings.

Changing the Narrative operates under Nadeau Ministries LLC and is supported through fiscal sponsorship with The Cause, which allows our work to function as a nonprofit initiative. This partnership provides full accountability and enables tax-deductible giving while allowing us to oversee all story development, community programming, and participant support. The 3:27 Life Project is one of several initiatives under Nadeau Ministries LLC, and together they offer a wide range of services, from story interviews and writing, to health-focused support such as BioEnergetics sessions for those who need care that honors both the body and the heart.
